How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I color or bleach my Subella Hair extensions?
Yes, our hair is 100% human virgin hair and can be dyed or bleached. However, we recommend having a professional stylist perform these services to maintain the integrity and longevity of the hair.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, brushed, or chemically treated.
How many bundles do I need for a full head installation?
For a standard install, we recommend 3 bundles for lengths 12"-20". For lengths 22" and longer, we suggest 4 bundles to ensure a full, voluminous look from roots to ends.

How do I care for my hair extensions to prevent tangling?
We recommend washing with sulfate-free shampoo, using a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends, and sleeping with a silk bonnet or pillowcase to minimize friction and preserve the hair's natural luster.
